Together, we’ll create a sustainable plan that works for your life and supports you every step of the way. Coaching sessions are done in person, over zoom or over the phone. I have experience with all three. It depends on client location and preference.
I’m here to guide you in making lasting health changes, not temporary fixes. Let’s work together to unlock your full potential and empower you to live the vibrant, fulfilling life you deserve. I believe the best programs are done over a 6 month period with two session per month. It gives enough time to work through each phase of the program and implement changes every two weeks. I will give a 10% discount for a full program paid up front. Sessions will otherwise be paid after we finish each session. I also am flexible to offer 3 month programs as well. After the completion of a program we can evaluate if there is a need for any number of ongoing sessions after and we can discuss what that can look like for further success in your health journey!

After you send it back, I go over it and make some notes, then I offer a 15-20 minute free consultation to go over what the program would look like and answer any questions before committing to work together.
